摘　　要：目的:探讨pph配合外痔切除用于混合痔治疗的可行性。方法:收治混合痔患者68例,分为两组。对照组给予外切内扎术治疗,观察组给予pph配合外痔切除治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率97.06%,显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:pph配合外痔切除治疗混合痔临床疗效显著。Objective:To investigate the feasibility of pph combined with external hemorrhoidectomy in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:68 cases of patients with mixed hemorrhoids were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with external dissection and internal ligation.The observation group was treated with pph combined with external hemorrhoidectomy.The clinical curative effect between groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.06% ,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:pph combined with external hemorrhoidectomy in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids had significant clinical curative effect.
