摘　　要：目的:探讨肾脏移植术的麻醉与管理。方法:收治肾脏移植手术患者68俐,回顾性分析其临床资料。结果:①患者平均手术时间(2.49±0.32)h,移植肾在14 min内泌尿,平均尿量(649.38±100.13)mL。②68俐患者中,51俐血压稳定,9例血压上升,8例血压下降。③2例出现肺水肿。结论:在肾脏移植术实施前,医护人员必须做好充分的术前准备工作,并根据患者的具体情况,选取麻醉方案,提高麻醉成功率,为手术的进行提供条件。Objective:To explore the anesthesia and management of renal transplantation.Methods:68 patients with renal transplantation were selected,and clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:①The average operation time was (2.49±0.32)hours;urine was secreted within 14 minures by transplanted kidney;the average urine volume was (649.38±100.13)mL.②In the68 patients,51 cases had stable blood pressure;9 cases had a rise in blood pressure;8 cases had a decrease in blood pressure.③Pulmonary edema occurred in 2 cases.Conclusion:Before the kidney transplantation,the medical staff must be fully prepared,and according to the specific circumstances of the patient,select the anesthesia program,to improve the success rate of anesthesia and provide the conditions for the operation.
