针刺联合半夏厚朴汤治疗脑卒中后的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨针刺联合半夏厚朴汤治疗脑卒中后抑郁的疗效。方法:收治脑卒中后抑郁症患者123例,分为治疗组62例和对照组61例。治疗组给予口服半夏厚朴汤联合针刺治疗;对照组给予针刺治疗。结果:治疗组临床治愈36例(58.06%),整体有效率96.83%;对照组临床治愈20例(31.74%),整体有效率80.06%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合半夏厚朴汤治疗脑卒中后抑郁症患者的临床疗效较好。Objective:To investigate the effects of acupuncture combined with Banxia Houpu decoction in the treatment of post-stroke depression.Methods:123 patients with post-stroke depression were selected.They were divided into the treatment group with 62 cases and the control group with 61 cases.The treatment group was given oral Banxia Houpu decoction combined with acupuncture therapy;the control group was given acupuncture treatment.Results:In the treatment group,36 cases were cured(58.06% ),and the overall effective rate was 96.83% ;the control group was cured in 20 cases(31.74% ),and the overall effective rate was 80.06%;there was significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Banxia Houpu decoction in the treatment of post-stroke depression is better.
