温针灸治疗风湿寒性关节痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨温针灸治疗风湿寒性关节痛的临床疗效。方法:收治风湿寒性关节痛患者80例,随机分为两组。常规治疗组给予常规西药治疗,温针灸治疗组给予温针灸治疗,比较两组疗效及VAS评分。结果:温针灸治疗组治疗总有效率明显高于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后VAS评分明显优于治疗前(P<0.05)。温针灸治疗组治疗后VAS评分明显低于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸治疗风湿寒性关节痛的临床疗效显著。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of anemofrigid-damp arthralgia.Methods:80 cases of patients with acupuncture and moxibustion were divided into two groups randomly.The conventional treatment group was treated with conventional western medicine.The acupuncture and moxibustion treatment group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion.The curative effect and VAS scores of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment group was higher than that of the conventional treatment group(P<0.05).The VAS scores in the two groups after treatment were significantly better than those before treatment (P<0.05).The VAS scores of the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment group was significantly lower than that of the conventional treatment group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of anemofrigid-damp arthralgia had significant clinical effect.
