慢性萎缩性胃炎脾胃虚寒证给予香砂六君子汤加味的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨香砂六君子汤加味治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎脾胃虚寒证的临床效果。方法:收治慢性萎缩性胃炎脾胃虚寒证患者94例,随机分为对照组与研究组,对照组采用铝碳酸镁片与奥美拉唑治疗,研究组采用香砂六君子汤加味治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组的胃黏膜改善总有效率、Hp转阴率和复发率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:香砂六君子汤加味治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎脾胃虚寒证的临床效果显著。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of chronic atrophic gastritis of Piwei Xuhan syndrom treated with modified Xiangsha Liu Junzi decoction.Methods:94 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis of Piwei Xuhan syndrom were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group.The control group was treated with omeprazole and hydrotalcite tablets.The study group was treated with modified Xiangsha Liu Junzi decoction.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the study group,the total effective rate of gastric mucosa improvement,Hp negative rate and recurrence rate were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of chronic atrophic gastritis of Piwei Xuhan syndrom treated with modified Xiangsha Liu Junzi decoction was significant.
