摘　　要：目的:探讨微量板法在血站血型检测中的应用效果。方法:选择无偿献血样本19 819份,采取微量板法进行血型检测。结果:微量板法检测ABO血型正定型、反定型以及Rh(D)血型检测,其血型正确率100%。结论:微量板法在血站血型检测中的应用效果肯定,但需予以严格的人工核对,以保证其检测准确性。Objective:To explore the application effect of microplate method in the detection of blood type in the blood bank.Methods:19 819 volunteer blood samples were selected,we carried out blood group detection with microplate method.Results:Microplate method was used to detect ABO blood group positive typing,reverse typing and Rh(D) blood type,and the correct rate was 100%.Conclusion:The application effect of microplate method in the detection of blood type in the blood bank was affirmative,but we need to carry out strict manual check to ensure the accuracy of its detection.
