摘　　要：目的:探讨血清可溶性髓系细胞触发受体-1(s TREM-1)在AECOPD急性加重诊治中的应用价值。方法:选取AECOPD患者35例,COPD稳定期患者及健康者各20例,测定血清s TREM-1浓度,比较组间差异。结果:AECOPD组治疗前后的血清s TREM-1浓度均高于COPD稳定期及健康对照组(P<0.05)。结论:血清s TREM-1水平对指导AECOPD患者的诊治具有一定的临床参考价值。Objective:To explore the application value of serum sTREM-1 determination in the diagnosis and treatment of acute exacerbation of COPD.Methods:35 patients with AECOPD,20 patients with stable COPD and 20 healthy subjects were selected.They were given serum sTREM-1 concentrations,we compared the differences between groups.Results:The serum sTREM-1 concentration of AECOPD group before and after treatment was higher than that of the stable COPD group and healthy control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The level of serum sTREM-1 had a certain clinical reference value to guide the diagnosis and treatment of AECOPD patients.
