中医综合护理对产后泌乳的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医综合护理对产后泌乳的影响。方法:收治产妇96例,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予中医综合护理,比较两组泌乳始动时间、泌乳量及婴儿满足率。结果:两组自然分娩产妇泌乳始动时间早于剖宫产产妇(P<0.01)。观察组泌乳始动时间早于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组婴儿满足率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医综合护理可促进产妇产后早期泌乳,减少缺乳的发生,提高婴儿满足率。Objective:To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing on postpartum lactation.Methods:96 cases of parturient women were divided into the observation group and the control group randomly.The control group was given routine nursing.The observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing based on the control group.The initial time of lactation,lactation yield and infant satisfaction rate in the two groups were compared.Results:The initial time of lactation in parturient women with natural childbirth in the two groups were earlier than that of the parturient women with cesarean section (P<0.01).The initial time of lactation in the observation group were earlier than that of the control group (P<0.01).The infant satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing could promote the postpartum lactation of parturient women,reduce the occurrence of milk deficiency and improve the infant satisfaction rate.
