中晚期妊娠引产出现忽略性横位应用杜非合剂联合缩宫素的效果

摘　　要：目的:分析中晚期妊娠引产出现忽略性横位应用杜非合剂联合缩宫素治疗的临床效果。方法:收治中晚期妊娠引产出现忽略性横位的患者64例,随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组给予地西泮联合缩宫素治疗,研究组给予杜非合剂与缩宫素联合治疗,比较两组剖宫取胎率、自然分娩率、产后出血率及总产程。结果:研究组的潜伏期、活跃期及总产程均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组自然分娩率、剖宫取胎率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组产后出血例数明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于中晚期妊娠引产出现忽略性横位应用杜非合剂联合缩宫素治疗,其效果显著,起到有效镇痛、镇静、松弛宫颈的作用,缩短了总产程时间,明显降低了产后出血量。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of the application of Dufei mixture combined with oxytocin in the treatment of neglected transverse lie in the middle and late pregnancy induced labour.Methods:64 patietns with neglected transverse lie in the middle and late pregnancy induced labour were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group.The control group was given diazepam combined with oxytocin treatment.The study group was given Dufei mixture combined withoxytocin treatment.The cesarean section rate,natural labor rate,postpartum hemorrhage rate and total production time werecompared between groups.Results:The latent period,active period and total production time of the study group were significantlyshorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The natural labor rate,cesarean section rate of the study group were significantlyhigher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The postpartum hemorrhage cases of the study group were significantly less thanthat of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect Dufei mixture combined with oxytocin in the treatment of neglected transverse lie in the middle and late pregnancy induced labour is obvious.It can play an effective analgesic and sedative,relaxation of cervix,shorten the total labor time,reduce the postpartum hemorrhage.
