中药清胰汤加减治疗急性胰腺炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药清胰汤加减治疗急性胰腺炎的疗效。方法:收治急性胰腺炎患者90例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用中药清胰汤加减治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率95.6%,明显高于对照组的82.2%(P<0.05)。观察组腹胀、腹痛、肛门排气时间、血淀粉酶恢复时间及平均住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药清胰汤加减治疗急性胰腺炎的疗效显著。Objective:To explore the curative effect of modified Qing Yi decoction in the treatment of acute pancreatitis.Methods:90 patients with acute pancreatitis were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with western medicine.The observation group added modified Qing Yi decoction on the basis of thecontrol group.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the total effective rate of 95.6%was significantly higher than 82.2% of the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,abdominal distension,abdominal pain,anal exhaust time,blood amylase recovery time and average hospitalization time were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of modified Qing Yi decoction in the treatment of acute pancreatitis was significant.
