摘　　要：目的:探讨旋转消毒法和涂抹消毒法对皮肤消毒效果的影响。方法:收治患者200例,随机分为A组和B组,A组采用旋转消毒法消毒采血部位,B组采用涂抹消毒法消毒采血部位,比较两组消毒效果。结果:A组菌落数显然少于B组(P<0.05)。结论:旋转消毒法能明显提高皮肤消毒效果。Objective:To explore the effect of disinfection effect of skin by rotating disinfection and smear disinfection.Methods:200 patients were selected.They were randomly divided into the A group and the B group.The A group was given rotary disinfection.The B group was given smear disinfection.We compared the disinfection effect of two groups.Results:The colony number of A group was obviously less than B group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The rotating disinfection method can obviously improve skin disinfection effect.
