摘　　要：目的:探究先天性肾积水患儿行双J管内引流术的围术期护理效果。方法:收治先天性肾积水患儿60例,随机分为对照组和干预组。对照组采用常规手术护理;干预组采用围手术期护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:干预组,护理满意度和并发症发生率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对行双J管内引流术的先天性肾积水患儿给予围手术期护理,能提高手术成功率和护理满意度,降低并发症发生率。Objective:To explore the perioperative nursing care of patients with congenital hydronephrosis undergoing double J tube internal drainage.Methods:60 cases of children with congenital hydronephrosis were selected.They were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group.The control group was given routine nursing.The intervention group was given perioperative nursing care.We compared the nursing effect of two groups.Results:In the intervention group,nursing satisfaction and the incidence of complications were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of perioperative nursing care of patients with congenital hydronephrosis undergoing double J tube internal drainage can improve the success rate of surgery and nursing satisfaction,reduce the incidence of complications.
