综合护理干预措施对断指再植小切口放血患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨断指再植术后小切口放血的护理措施和护理效果。方法:收治断指再植术并行小切口放血的患者42例,平分为两组,甲组采用常规护理模式,乙组采用综合护理模式,对护理措施和效果进行分析。结果:乙组的总有效率85.7%明显高于甲组的61.9%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对断指再植术后小切口放血患者采用综合护理措施,其优势显著,患者满意度较高。Objective:To explore nursing measures and nursing effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients undergoing finger replantation combined with small-incision blood-letting.Methods:42 patients undergoing finger replantation combined with small-incision blood-letting were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The group A was treated with routine nursing mode,while the group B adopted a comprehensive nursing model.We analyzed the nursing measures and effects.Results:The total effective rate in the group B was 85.7%,which was significantly higher than 61.9% of the group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing measures applied on patients undergoing finger replantation combined with small-incision blood-letting has significant advantage,with higher patient satisfaction.
