摘 要:以酶解木质素(Lig)为炭源,采用化学接枝法制备了Lig基膨胀阻燃剂——磷氮接枝改性Lig(PNLig),并对其结构进行分析和表征。将PN-Lig与聚烯烃热塑性弹性体(TPO)复合制备TPO/PN-Lig复合材料,研究其对TPO阻燃性能、燃烧后残炭炭层的化学组成、微观结构和热稳定性的影响。结果表明:P元素和N元素成功接枝到Lig上;PN-Lig中的C,P,N三种元素的质量分数分别为45.10%,29.68%和0.52%,达到了膨胀阻燃剂元素含量的要求;TPO/PN-Lig复合材料的极限氧指数达到27.4%,垂直燃烧等级达到V-0级;PN-Lig中的磷酸酯键使炭源脱水成炭,炭层完整且蓬松多孔,成炭效果明显;TPO/PN-Lig复合材料在700℃时的残炭率达到23.16%,热稳定性明显改善。Enzymatic hydrolysis lignin(Lig)was used as char-forming agent to prepare a Lig-basedintumescent flame retardant,phosphorus-nitrogen grated Lig(PN-Lig)via grafting.The structure of PN-Ligwas characterized.Then it was combined with thermoplastic polyolefin elastomers(TPO)to prepare TPO/PNLig,whose impacts on flame resistance of TPO,chemical composition,microstructure,and thermal stabilityof char layer of carbon residue after burning TPO were investigated.The results show that P and N have beengrafted to Lig and45.10%of C,29.68%of P and0.52%of N in mass fraction are in PN-Lig,which meets thedemand of intumescent flame retardant.The limiting oxygen index of TPO/PN-Lig composites is up to27.4%andthe vertical burning of the composites passes V-0rating.The phosphate bond in PN-Lig causes carbon resourcedehydrating and form char layer that is complete,fluffy and porous.The residual carbon in TPO/PN-Lig reaches23.16%at700℃,which represents higher thermal stability.
