高流动高等规指数宽相对分子质量分布聚丙烯的制备

摘　　要：考察了几种典型的非邻苯二甲酸酯内给电子体对硅烷类外给电子体的响应能力,在此基础上,在单一反应器中制备了高流动、高等规指数、宽相对分子质量分布的聚丙烯,并开发了相应催化剂。结果表明:2,3-二异丙基琥珀酸二乙酯、2-异丙基-2-异戊基-1,3-二甲氧基丙烷、2-氰基-2,3-二异丙基琥珀酸二乙酯、3,5-庚二醇二苯甲酸酯均对外给电子体响应不敏感,即使采用不同常规外给电子体聚合时,聚丙烯的熔体流动速率比小于3.0;所制高流动、高等规指数、宽相对分子质量分布聚丙烯的熔体流动速率大于60.0 g/10 min,相对分子质量分布大于60.0,等规指数大于96.0%。Responses of several classic non-phthalate internal donors to silane external donor wereobserved,based on which high melting flow rate(MFR)and isotacticity polypropylene(PP)with broadmolecular weight distribution(MWD)was prepared in single reactor,the catalyst used for the reaction wasdeveloped as well.The result show that diethyl2,3-diisopropylsuccinate,2-diisopropyl-2-isopentyl-1,3-dimethoxy propane,diethyl2-cyano-2,3-diisopropylsuccinate,3,5-heptaediol dibenzoate are all not sensitiveto responses of external donors.The MFR ratio of the PP prepared is always less than3.0when different externaldonors were used for polymerization.The PP prepared features broad MWD(relative molecular weight>60.0),high MFR(>60.0g/10min)and high isotacticity(>96.0%).
