摘 要:辅导员的专业发展,包含着辅导员的专业和辅导员的发展两极。从大学的本体功能与任务思考,辅导员是专业的,又是发展的。作为专业的辅导员,在过去的专业研究领域,有与教师专业发展共同的理论基础,有境内外专业发展的成功范例佐证,具备了自己的理论基础和实践依据。然而作为发展的辅导员,在现实工作中存在着诸多困境,需要我们认真思考。研究表明,用科学的发展路径指引,在充足的物质资源和规范的体制机制行动保障和依托下,首先让辅导员作为一个专业,然后再实现辅导员的发展。The professional development of university instructors includes their profession as well as development.Concerning university's function & mission,instructors are supposed to be professional & developmental. Professional instructors,especially in their research fields,sharing common theory basis with teachers,certified by successful examples of inland & overseas professional development,enhanced their theoretical basis and practical reference. Whereas the developmental instructors are facing much difficulty in their real work,which needs us to think about it carefully. Research shows that,under the guidance of scientifical development,along with abundant material resources and normative system & mechanism,we should firstly cultivate their profession,then development.
