摘　　要：管理手段的全面性、多样化决定了监控结果的客观性与准确性。全面质量管理是现代教育管理的一种管理思想和理论。本文基于临床实习教学实际的需要,通过分析全面质量管理思想在临床实习教学管理中的运用,提出构建临床实习教学质量监控体系,以期提高临床实习教学质量。The comprehensive,diversified management means decide the objectivity and accuracy of the monitoring results.Total quality management is a kind of management thought and theory in modern education management.This paper bases on the need of practice teaching in the clinical medical specialty,by analyzing the application of the total quality Control in inclinical practice teaching management,puts forward the construction of clinical medical specialty practice teaching quality monitoring systemto improve the quality of practice teaching of clinical medicine specialty.
