摘　　要：如今越来越多的大学生选择创业,从大学生创业看,高等教育的创新意识和创新能力的培养是非常有必要的,且创新能力的培养要与社会需求相结合,才能更好地促进大学生利用自身的优势弥补自身社会阅历的不足,从而增加创业成功的机会。高等教育中创新意识与创新能力的培养对学生、教师、学校都提出了全方位的新要求,迫使我们在教学实践中的各个环节进行实质性的教学改革。Nowadays,more and more college students choose to start a business. From this,we can see that it is very necessary to cultivate innovative consciousness and innovative abilities in higher education. And the cultivation of the innovation should be combined with social demand,we should look at this issue from the perspective of development and contact. The cultivation of innovative consciousness and innovative abilities in higher education put forward different requirements to students,teachers,schools and society.
