摘　　要："卓越工程师教育培养计划"是创新工程教育人才培养模式的重大举措,重点在于改革现有的专业培养方案,加强校企合作,创新改革实践环节,使学生的创新能力与实践能力得到加强。从安全工程专业卓越计划教学过程的多层次、工程化、创新化出发,在重点分析安全工程本科教学现状和存在问题的基础上,综合采用调研分析、统计分析、工程实践、反馈与评价等手段,提出了以素质教育为主线的课程体系、独具特色的卓越工程师实践培养模式、完善的学生创新体系及创新平台和人才培养模式评价机制,以期对今后高校不同专业卓越工程师教育培养模式提供借鉴。"The plan for education and training outstanding engineering" is a major measure to innovate the cultivation model of engineering education,which focus on reforming the existing professional training programs,strengthening the cooperation between colleges and enterprises,and practicing innovation to strengthen students' innovation ability and practical ability. Starting from the multi-level,engineering and innovation of the safety engineering professionalexcellence programteaching process and analyzing the current situation and existing problems of safety engineering undergraduate education,the authors adopted the methods of investigation analysis,statistical analysis,engineering practice,feedback and evaluation,and put forward the training mode of excellent plan. Talent training model includes the course system of quality education as the main line,the unique characteristics of excellent engineer practice training mode. The successful application of this training model can provide reference for the future development of different professional in higher education institutions.
