Neurology is an important branch of clinical medicine,is a clinical subject of nervous system and muscle diseases. Because nerve complex, from learning system to anatomy course neurology long time interval, students with learning difficulties, test scores are generally low. To explore the new teaching method of Neurology is an important means to improve the efficiency of student learning. Situational teaching refers to teachers in the teaching process, with the carrier of case or situation to guide students to independent learning,to improve students' ability to analyze and solve practical problems. Situational teaching the use of information technology to the creation of scenarios, illustrations, can mobilize Students' senses,Yu Teaching in music, accelerate the understanding of the course from the traditional teaching tools "static to dynamic learning learning" leap, let the students learning to eliminate fatigue, stimulate interest in learning, improve the learning efficiency. After more than ten years of teaching practice,we will introduce the situational teaching mode in neurology teaching, good teaching effect.
