摘　　要：包钢9~#制氧机组是全精馏无氢制氩外压缩流程空分设备,介绍了该制氧机组的工艺流程,主要设备配置,工艺特点等;分析了在调试和运行过程中遇到的问题及处理办法;通过优化操作,达到了节能降耗的目的。Baotou Steel’s No.9 oxygen generating unit is full-distillation hydrogen-free argon generating air separation equipment with external compression process. The process flow,main equipment and technological features of the unit are introduced. Problems occurring during commissioning and test running are analyzed. Through operation optimization the goal of energy saving and consumption reduction has been achieved.
