摘 要:为了获得粉煤灰掺量对建筑用混凝土性能的影响规律,合理利用粉煤灰,提高混凝土的质量,对混凝土中掺入粉煤灰后的滚珠效应与润滑性进行对比与分析研究的实验。分析了不同粉煤灰掺量对混凝土的滚珠效应和润滑性的影响。实验结果表明:适当的粉煤灰的掺量能够增加混凝土的滚珠效应和润滑性,改善混凝土的性能。因此,利用粉煤灰取代部分水泥,不但可以降低工程的建设成本,而且可以降低火电厂和锅炉对环境的污染,具有显著的经济效应和生态效应。In order to obtain the influence law of dosage of fly ash on concrete performance, rationalutil ization of fly ash, improve the quality of the concrete mixed with fly ash in concrete after the ball and lubricity of contrast and analysis of the effect of the experiment. Analyzed the ball effect of different dosage of fly ash on the concrete and the influence of lubricity. The experimental results show that the appropriate content of fly ash concrete can increase the ball effect and lubricity, improves the performance of the concrete. Therefore, the use of fly ash to replace partial cement, not only can reduce the construction cost of engineering, but also can reduce the environmental pollution caused by coalfired power plant and boiler, with remarkable economic effect and ecological effect.
