摘  要:当前的汽车超载监测系统无法处理汽车行驶状态的随机性问题,使得系统中的信号传输模块存在信号传输稳定性差和准确率低的弊端。因此,塑造汽车超载监控系统信号传输模块,模块中供电电路、信号传输芯片、定位天线、传输天线和信号传输接口电路共同协作。供电电路为模块提供其正常工作电量。信号传输芯片进行汽车超载监控信号的收发和整流工作,经其整流后的监控信号将传输到定位天线、传输天线和信号传输接口电路。模块通过定位天线和传输天线获取汽车超载监控信号的位置,并将监控信号通过无线网络传输到使用者的特定设备中。使用者利用信号传输接口电路修改错误监控信号,完成对汽车超载情况的有效管理。软件给出监控信号传输流程图和模块的初始化语言。实验结果表明所设计的模块拥有较高的传输稳定性和传输准确率。Since the current auto overload monitoring system is unable to deal with the randomness problem of the auto driving state,and makes the signal transmission module in the system exist the disadvantages of poor signal transmission stability and low accuracy,the signal transmission module for the overload monitoring system was constructed. The power supply circuit,signal transmission chip,positioning antenna,transmission antenna and signal transmission interface circuit are cooperated with each other in the module. The power supply circuit supplies the module with electric energy for normal operation. The signal transmission chip receives,sends and rectifies the auto overload monitoring signal,and then transmits the rectified signal to the positioning antenna,transmission antenna and signal transmission interface circuit. The module acquires the location of the autooverload monitoring signal by means of the positioning antenna and transmission antenna,and transmit the monitoring signal tothe user's specific device through the wireless network transmission. The signal transmission interface circuit is adopted by the user to modify the wrong monitoring signal to manage the auto overload condition effectively. The transmission flow chart of the monitoring signal and initialization language of the module are given in the third paragraph. The experimental result shows that the module has high transmission stability and accuracy.
