摘　　要：附子具有回阳救逆、补火助阳、散寒止痛之功效,在临床上应用广泛,在治疗重症疾病中疗效独特,但附子毒性较大,具有明显的心脏毒性和神经毒性。如何安全地使用附子,历来是中医学家关注的问题。本文介绍了古代中医学家对附子的安全性认识,并从附子在现代中医学中的应用剂量、配伍、炮制方法、煎服方法等方面进行了全面系统的总结,对附子的临床安全应用具有一定的意义。With aconite reviving Yang, make up the fire Yang, dissipating cold and relieving pain, is widely used in clinic, in the treatment of severe disease in unique curative effect, but the toxic aconite, has obvious cardiac toxicity and neurotoxicity. How to use aconite safely, has always been highly concerned about the problem of all physicians. This paper introduces the safety of ancient physicians on the understanding and from aconite, aconite modern medicine dosage, compatibility, processing,decocting method and other aspects of the comprehensive and systematic summary, has certain significance for safe clinical application of aconite.
