摘  要:对风吹楠6个家系2年生苗木叶片的10个性状进行测定,分析了家系间和家系内叶片性状变异规律。结果表明:风吹楠家系间各叶片性状存在不同程度的变异,各性状变异大小依次为叶面积>叶柄长/叶长>比叶面积>叶长/叶宽>宽基距/叶长>叶长>叶脉数>叶厚>叶宽>脉左宽/叶宽;各叶片性状在家系间和家系内(除脉左宽/叶宽外)均达到α=0.01极显著水平,家系内的表型分化系数(61.21%)高于家系间,为其叶片性状的主要变异来源;风吹楠10个叶片表型性状间两两相关性较大,为种质资源鉴定指标优化提供了一个依据。The 10 leaf traits of two-year seedlings from 6 Horsfieldia amygdalina families were determined, and the genetic variations of leaf traits from different families and within the family were analyzed. The results showed that varying degrees of genetic variations were existed on leaf traits of H. amygdalina families. The variation of leaf traits in the order was leaf area >ratio of petiole length to leaf length > ratio of leaf length to width > ratio of length between the leaf widest and leaf base to leaf length > leaf length > leaf vein number > leaf thickness > leaf width > ratio of the leaf width on the left of main vein to leaf width. Highly significant difference (α=0.01) of leaf traits (except the ratio of the leaf width on the left of main vein to leaf width) existed among families and within the family of H. amygdalina. The phenotypic differentiation coefficient in the family (61.21%) was higher than that among families, which was the main variation source of leaf traits. The correlations of every two of the 10 leaf phenotypic traits from H. amygdalina were comparatively significant, which provides a basis to optimize the ap praisalindex for germplasm resources.
