摘　　要：肾上腺糖皮质激素是治疗原发性肾病综合征的主要药物,但是长期应用会诱发和加重感染、发育障碍、骨质疏松、糖代谢异常等不良反应。本文重点分析在激素大剂量应用阶段、激素的减量阶段和激素维持阶段的中医辨证施治方法。Glucocorticoid is the main drug in the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome,but long-term application can induce and aggravate adverse reactions,such as aggravation,developmental disturbance,osteoporosis and abnormal glucose metabolism.In this paper,we analyzed phase of the TCM treatment methods in the application of high doses of hormone maintain stage and hormone reduction phase.
