摘　　要：目的:探讨经皮骶髂关节空心螺钉置入联合骨盆外固定架治疗C型骨盆骨折的疗效。方法:收治C型骨盆骨折患者90例,随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组采用传统开放手术治疗,研究组采用经皮骶髂关节空心螺钉置入联合骨盆外固定架治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组总有效率和并发症发生率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:经皮骶髂关节空心螺钉置入联合骨盆外固定架治疗C型骨盆骨折的疗效显著。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of percutaneous sacroiliac joint cannulated screw placement combined with pelvic external fixator in the treatment of type C pelvic fractures.Methods:90 patients with type C pelvic fractures were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group.The control group was treated with traditional open surgery.The study group was treated with percutaneous sacroiliac joint cannulated screw placement combined with pelvic external fixator.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the study group,the total effective rate and complication rate were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of percutaneous sacroiliac joint cannulated screw placement combined with pelvic external fixator in the treatment of type C pelvic fractures was significant.
