摘　　要：目的:探讨负压封闭引流术联合比目鱼肌肌瓣修复跟骨骨折术后内固定外露创面的临床疗效。方法:收治跟骨骨折内固定术后伤口感染内固定外露患者13例,采用负压封闭引流术联合比目鱼肌肌瓣修复,观察治疗效果。结果:创面获得Ⅰ期愈合12例,术后小部分创面浅表坏死1例,换药后Ⅱ期愈合。结论:采用负压封闭引流术联合带血管蒂比目鱼肌肌瓣修复跟骨骨折术后内固定外露疗效满意。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of vacuum sealing drainage combined with soleus muscle flap in the repairof internal fixation exposed wound after calcaneal fracture.Methods:13 patients with internal fixation of wound infection after internal fixation of calcaneal fractures were selected.They were repaired through vacuum sealing drainage combined with soleus muscle flap.Results:12 cases were with Ⅰstage wound healing,and 1 case was with a small number of superficial necrosis after operation,and then obtained Ⅱ stage healed after dressing change.Conclusion:Vacuum sealing drainage combined with vascularized soleus muscle flap is effective on repairing internal fixation of calcaneal fractures.
