锁定加压钢板内固定治疗肱骨中下段骨折的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨锁定加压钢板内固定术治疗肱骨中下段骨折的临床疗效。方法:收治肱骨中下段骨折患者64例,随机分为对照组和观察组各32例。对照组给予传统开放内固定手术治疗,观察组给予锁定加压钢板内固定术治疗。观察两组患者的切口长度、手术时间、术中出血量以及术后VAS评分;随访1年,比较两组患者的恢复效果。结果:观察组手术切口长度、手术时间、术中出血量以及术后VAS评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);随访1年,观察组治疗总有效率为96.88%,明显低于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05);观察组无并发症发生,对照组并发症发生率为18.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:锁定加压钢板内固定术治疗肱骨中下段骨折对患者机体创伤性小,临床治疗有效率高,且术后并发症少。Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of locking compression plate internal fixation in the treatment of middle-inferior humeral fracture.Methods:64 patients with middle-inferior humeral fracture were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 32 cases in each.The control group was given traditional open internal fixation surgical treatment.The observation group was given locking compression plate internal fixation treatment.The incision length,operation time,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative VAS score of two groups were observed.Follow up for 1year,the recovery effects of two groups was compared.Results:The incision length,operation time,intraoperative blood loss andpostoperative VAS score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Follow up for 1year,the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.88% ,which was significantly lower than 75.00% of the control group(P<0.05).There was no complication in the observation group,and the complication rate of the control group was 18.75%;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Locking compression plate internal fixation in the treatment of middle-inferior humeral fracture has less traumatic on the patient organism.The clinical treatment effective rate is high.The postoperative complication is less.
