摘　　要：目的:探讨妇幼保健护理人员素质对护理效果的影响。方法:将150名护理人员随机分成培训组和非培训组各75名,培训组进行护理专业化培训,非培训组不参加培训。结果:参与培训护理组患者满意度96.7%,未参与培训护理组65.0%,两组患者满意度比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加强对妇幼保健护理人员培训,提高护理人员素质可以明显提高患者的满意度,提高护理质量。Objective:To explore the effect of maternal and child health nursing staff quality on nursing effect.Methods:150 nurses were randomly divided into the training group and the non training group with 75 cases in each.The training group were given the nursing professional training.The non training group did not participate in training.Results:The patients satisfaction of the training group was 96.7%;the non training group was 65%;the satisfaction of the patients between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthen maternal and child health care staff training and improving the quality of nursing staff can significantly improve patient satisfaction,and improve the quality of care.
