摘　　要：60MN压力机液压系统,选择恒功率变量泵组合作为液压系统动力源,实现了低压大流量和高压小流量组合,功率利用合理。设置顶置油箱及充液阀,用于两个单作用缸冲液或排油,在相同运动速度条件下,有效减少对泵的流量要求。60MN hydroform press hydraulic system, Main source of power system was composed of combination of constant power variable pump,Implements the low pressure large flow and high pressure small flow rate, power utilization is reasonable..Two single-acting cylinder liquid or discharge of oil through overhead tank and pilot operated check valve ,the pump flow demand decreased.
