强脉冲光治疗面部皮脂溢出症疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察强脉冲光治疗面部皮脂溢出症患者的临床疗效。方法:选择笔者科室就诊的50例面部皮脂溢出症患者,采用640nm的强脉冲光治疗,并以患者皮损部位治疗前后的皮脂分泌情况、弹性度作为疗效观察指标判定疗效。结果:治疗4个月后,患者面部的多脂、发亮、油腻的体征得到了很好改善。其中,显效32例,有效17例,无效1例,有效率达98%,皮脂分泌从治疗前的85.4±19.5下降到治疗后的33.4±9.8,皮肤弹力度从11.3±4.1上升到17.9±4.7,且两项指标治疗前后均有统计学意义。结论:强脉冲光治疗面部皮脂溢出症疗效显著,是一项安全、有效且便捷的治疗手段。Objective Applying theintense pulsed light for the treatment of facial seborrheapatients, andobserving its clinical therapeutic efficacy. Methods Using 640nm pulsed light to treat 50 cases of facial seborrhea patientsin ourhospital, and tocompare the Sebum secretion, elasticity as the indicators for clinical observation before and after the treatment. Results After treatment for four months, the symptom of patients including facial fat, shiny, greasinesshave got great improvement. Amongthem, 32 cases were the notably effective, 17 cases were effective and 1 case was invalid.The cure efficiently reached 98%.Thereinto, the secretion of sebum dropped to the 33.4±9.8 from 85.4±19.5 and the elasticity of the skinrised to 17.9±4.7 from 11.3±4.1 comparing with the without treatment.both of them have the statistically significance. Conclusion The intense pulsed light therapy hasa good prospectsfor clinical application in the treatment of facial seborrhea, which is safe, effective and convenient treatment means.
