打造衡水市农产品物流配送基地对策研究

摘　　要：打造衡水农产品物流配送基地,对增强农产品配送能力、实现农产品保值增值、促进现代农业发展等方面具有重要作用.在京津冀协同发展的背景下,衡水市农产品物流配送业快速发展,发展环境和条件不断改善,服务水平和能力有所提高,物流配送规模不断扩大,基础设施建设不断加强,信息化初露端倪.但是,我市农产品物流配送发展总体水平不高,发展方式还比较粗放,配送企业专业水平参差不齐,采购、配送等环节衔接不紧密,产业关联度较弱,对农业的物流支撑水平仍然较低.今后,应加大政府扶持指导力度,明确目标,抓紧规划,加快农产品物流配送基地快速建设;优化和完善农产品配送中心,提高物流设施建设整体水平;积极进行农产品物流配送的信息化建设;加强物流人才建设.Building Hengshui agricultural logistics distribution base plays an important role in enhancing the ability ofagricultural products distribution,achieving the value of agricultural products,and promoting the development ofmodern agriculture.Under the background of the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,Hengshuiagricultural products logistics and distribution industry has developed rapidly;the development environment andconditions continue to improve;the service level and ability has improved;the scale of logistics distribution continuesto expand;infrastructure construction has been continuously strengthened;informatization has come into being.Butthe overall level of Hengshui agricultural products logistics distribution development is not high;the development styleis still relatively extensive;the professional level is uneven in distribution enterprises;procurement,distribution andother links are not close;correlative degree of industry is weak;support level of agricultural logistics is still low.In thefuture,the government guidance and support should be strengthened;the objectives should be clear;the planning shouldbe focused;the construction of agricultural product logistics base should be accelerated.Distribution center ofagricultural products should be optimized and improved;the overall level of logistics facility construction should beimproved;the informatization construction of agricultural products logistics and distribution should be actively carriedout.The construction of logistics talents should be enhanced.
