摘  要:目的改进热毒清口服液的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对方中的甘草、射干、黄芩进行鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定热毒清口服液中黄芩苷的含量。结果薄层色谱法能够鉴别出甘草、射干、黄芩的特征斑点;黄芩苷在53.60~536.00μg/m L范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 99),平均加样回收率为99.85%,RSD=0.63%(n=6)。结论本方法操作简单,准确可靠,可有效控制热毒清口服液的质量。Objective To improve the quality standard of Reduqing Oral Liquid.Methods TLC was used toidentify the featured spots of Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Belamcandae Rhizoma and Scutellariae Radix;HPLCmethod was usded to detect the contents of Baicalin in Reduqing Oral Liquid.Results TLC could identify the featuredspots of Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Belamcandae Rhizoma and Scutellariae Radix;Baicalin was detected inrange of53.60–536.00μg/mL with good linear relationship(r=0.99999),the average recovery rate was99.85%,andRSD was0.63%(n=6).Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and reliable,which can be applied to the qualitycontrol of Reduqing Oral Liquid.
