艾纳香妇科洗液处方筛选及抑菌试验

摘　　要：目的对艾纳香妇科洗液进行处方筛选,并通过抑菌试验进行抑菌效果考察,为其临床应用提供依据。方法以溶解等量艾粉所需3种增溶剂[Tween-80、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(SLES)、氢化蓖麻油(RH-40)]的消耗量及溶液是否澄清透明为评价指标,筛选出最优增溶剂;使用滤纸片法,以抑菌圈大小为评价指标,从3种抑菌剂[2 g/L杰马BP、2 m L/L聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐(PHMB)、2 m L/L A.SAP]中筛选对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌和白色念珠菌具有最佳抑菌效果的抑菌剂;以艾粉溶解百分比为评价指标,采用正交试验对洗液中辅料添加量进行筛选,得到最优处方。最后,对所得洗液进行体外抑菌试验,考察其抑菌效果及稳定性。结果增溶效果为RH-40>SLES>Tween-80;抑菌圈直径为PHMB>A.SAP>杰马BP;筛选所得最优处方为:0.6 mg/m L艾粉、0.04 g/m L SLES、0.01 g/m L CAB-35、0.2%A.SAP、10%丙二醇水溶液。艾纳香妇科洗液供试品的抑菌率均大于90%;加速试验下放置3个月,供试品抑菌率均大于80%。结论艾纳香妇科洗液处方合理可行,工艺简单,材料易得,并具有较强的抑菌作用,且抑菌性能稳定性较好。Objective To screen the presciption of Blumea gynecological lotion and investigate the inhibitoryeffect through inhibition rate test;To provide a basis for clinical application.Methods Consumption of Tween-80,SLES,hydrogenated castor oil(RH-40),and clarity of the solution were selected as the evaluation indexes to optimizethe solubilizing agents.By using the filter paper method and the inhibition zone size as the evaluation index,theantimicrobial effect on Staphylococcus aureus.Escherichia coli and Candida albicans was studied to screen the bestantibacterial agent from2g/L GM-BP,2mL/L PHMB,2mL/L A.SAP.With Blumeapowder dissolution percentage asthe evaluation index,orthogonal test was used to screen additives in the lotion.Finally,the bacteriostasis effect andstability of the obtained lotion were investigated in vitro.Results The order of solubilizing effect was RH-40>SLES>Tween-80,and that of inhibition zone size was PHMB>A.SAP>GM-BP.The best prescription as follows:0.6mg/mL Blumea powder,0.04g/mL SLES,0.01g/mL CAB-35,10%propylene glycol.Bacteriostatic rates ofBlumea gynecology lotion sample were more than90%,and bacteriostatic rates remained more than80%after3months.Conclusion The prescription of Blumea gynecology lotion is reasonable and practicable,with simplepreparation process,available materials and good inhibitory effect and stability.
