摘  要:细胞凋亡又称程序性细胞死亡,是指细胞为维持内环境稳态由基因控制的自主有序性死亡。细胞凋亡主要通过内质网、线粒体和死亡受体3种途径介导。紫草素是一类萘醌类化合物,为中药紫草的主要有效成分之一,具有多种生理活性,其抗肿瘤功效是目前研究热点。紫草素抗肿瘤机制与3种细胞凋亡信号途径密切相关。本文就紫草素诱导细胞凋亡及细胞凋亡信号途径的研究进展作一综述。Apoptosis,also known as programmed cell death,is a gene controlled active cell suicide process inorder to maintain balance of organisms.Apoptosis is mainly mediated through three signal pathways,including theendoplasmic reticulum,mitochondria,and death receptor.As a kind of naphthoquinone compounds and one of themain active ingredients of Lithospermum,shikonin has many biological activities,and its anti-cancer research isrecent hot spot.The anti-cancer mechanism of shikonin is closely related with apoptosis and three kinds of signalingpathways.This article reviewed the research progress in apoptosis and signal pathways induced by shikonin.
