摘　　要：中药穴位贴敷历史悠久,临床疗效确切。本文基于中医理论的整体观和经络学说,从药物对机体的局部刺激、经络传导、透皮吸收3方面阐述中药穴位敷贴的作用机理,并结合中药经皮给药系统、代谢组学、药效物质基础等研究热点,提出中医药系统生物学这一新的研究模式。Treatment by way of pasting TCM on acupoints has a long history and the clinical efficacy isdetermined.In this article,based on the concept of TCM wholism and meridian theory,the mechanism of acupointpasting therapy was expounded from the aspects of medicine effects on local stimulation of the body,meridianconduction,medicine transdermal absorption.Combining with the research hot spots of modern medicine transdermaldelivery system,metabolomics,and efficacy material,this article proposed a new study mode of systems biology ofTCM.
