摘　　要：目的探讨循证护理对系统性红斑狼疮患者的疗效、疾病知识掌握程度及护理满意度的影响。方法选取系统红斑狼疮患者100例为本次研究对象,根据护理方式分为对照组和研究组,对照组采用传统护理措施,而研究组则采取循证护理。后比较两组患者疾病知识掌握情况、护理满意情况以及疗效。结果相较于对照组,研究组患者治疗总有效率98.00%显著高于对照组84.00%(P<0.05),研究组患者疾病知识掌握评分(87.49±6.51)、护理满意度评分(88.49±4.53)更高,且住院时间(14.35±3.79)d更短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对系统性红斑狼疮患者采取循证护理干预能有效改善患者的临床疗效,提高患者的疾病知识掌握程度以及护理满意度,有较好临床价值。Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on the patients with systemic lupus erythematosus, the degree of knowledge of the disease and the influence of the degree of nursing satisfaction. Methods A total of admitted in our department between July June 2014 to 2015 system lupus erythematosus patients 100 cases as the research object, according to the nursing ways, divided into the study group and the control group, the control group received traditional nursing measures, and the study group took evidence-based nursing. After comparing the two groups of patients with disease knowledge, nursing satisfaction and curative effect. Results Compared to the control group, patients in study group the total effective rate was 98.00 was significantly higher than that of the control group 84.00% (P<0.05). The patients in the study group disease knowledge master score (87.49±6.51), nursing satisfaction scores (88.49±4.53) is higher, and the length of time (14.35±3.79) d shorter, the difference has statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The evidence based nursing intervention can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus, improve the degree of knowledge of patients and nursing satisfaction, has a good clinical value.
