光子治疗仪结合传统方法对糖尿病周围神经病变患者的护理分析

摘　　要：目的探讨光子治疗仪结合传统方法对糖尿病周围神经病变患者的护理。方法选取86例糖尿病周围神经病变患者,将患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各43例。观察组采取传统的治疗和护理方法,观察组患者在此基础上,结合光子治疗仪进行治疗和护理。结果在患者感觉疼痛平面的减退情况和神经运动传导速度两方面比较,观察组患者均明显好于对照组;观察组处于早、中和晚期患者的总有效率分别为100.00%、94.44%和90.00%均高于同期对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论在传统方法上,结合光之治疗仪进行治疗和护理,效果显著。Objective To explore the nursing care of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy by the combination of the traditional method of photon therapy. Methods 86 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy were selected, the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 43 cases. Observation group to take the traditional treatment and nursing methods, observation group on the basis of this, combined with photon therapy for treatment and nursing. Results In the patients feel pain levels decline and motor nerve conduction velocity of two aspects,patients in the observation group were significantly better than the control group. In the total effective rate of treatment and nursing, the total effective rate of observation group was 100%, 94.44% and 90% higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the traditional method,combined with the treatment of light treatment and care, the effect was significant.
