摘　　要：目前,全国有200多所地方政府举办的地方新建本科院校,其办学历史少则30年,多则50年以上,见证了我国改革开放以来乃至半个多世纪以来的城市发展和高等教育发展。这些高校的发展历史也是中国大学发展史不可忽略的组成部分,其校史和办学特色值得深入挖掘、认真研究与开发利用。Presently, there are more than 200 newly-founded universities in China, which has a history of more than 30 years or over 50 years. These universities have witnessed the development of the local city and the higher education since China’s reform and opening up. The development history of these universities is also an integral part of the development history of Chinese universities.Therefore it is worthwhile to study and explore the history and university-running characteristics.
