论河北省大学生创业教育与指导体系的构建

摘　　要：构建京津冀协同发展视野下的河北省大学生创业教育与指导体系具有重要的战略意义和现实价值。应从注重大学生在创业孵化园区的历练、加快建立高校与企业接轨的孵化基地、促进社会对大学生创业的理解和支持、设立专项资金,激励少数精英创业成功等方面构建大学生创业教育与指导体系。It is of grate strategic significance and practical significance that the system of enterprise education and guidance to university students in Hebei Province is constructed from the view of coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Four tasks were suggested to be emphasized. Firstly, the experience working in College Students Entrepreneurial Incubator Park should beencouraged; Secondly, the hatching base which join university and enterprise should be established rapidly; Thirdly, acquirement of understanding and support from all sectors of society is a work for a long time; Fourthly, special fund should be set up to award the successful students.
