摘　　要：目的:探讨自动弹力线痔疮套扎术治疗痔疮的疗效。方法:回顾性分析自动痔疮套扎术(RPH)+吻合器痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)治疗的痔疮患者200例和自动弹力线痔疮套扎术患者200例的临床资料。结果:自动弹力线套扎术的手术时间、术后出血、肛门狭窄、复发、长时间疼痛、平均住院时间均优于PPH+RPH法,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自动弹力线痔疮套扎术治疗Ⅰ~Ⅳ度内痔及混合痔的疗效优于PPH及RPH。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of automatic elastic line hemorrhoid ligation in the treatment ofhemorrhoids.Methods:The clinical data of200cases of patients with hemorrhoids treated by automatic prolapsed hemorrhoids(RPH)and procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids(PPH)and200cases of patients with automatic elastic line hemorrhoidligation were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The operation time,postoperative bleeding,anal stenosis,recurrence,long-time painand average hospitalization time of the automatic elastic line hemorrhoid ligation were better than those of PPH+RPH method,andthe differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of automatic elastic line hemorrhoid ligationin the treatment ofⅠ～Ⅳdegree hemorrhoids was better than that of PPH and RPH.
