摘　　要：目的:探讨对过敏性鼻炎门诊雾化吸入治疗患者实施护理干预对其治疗依从性和治疗效果的影响。方法:收治于门诊进行雾化吸入治疗的过敏性鼻炎患者60例,随机平分成两组,对照组仅实施雾化吸入治疗,观察组在此基础上加以护理干预,观察两组患者的治疗依从性及治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗依从率及治疗有效率均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对门诊需行雾化吸入治疗的过敏性鼻炎患者,在治疗时辅以护理干预可有效提升其治疗依从性及治疗有效率。Objective:To investigate the influence of compliance and its curative effect of nursing intervention on the complianceof outpatients with allergic rhinitis using atomization inhalation treatment.Methods:60outpatients with allergic rhinitis usingatomization inhalation treatment were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group onlyreceived aerosol inhalation therapy,while the observation group received nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Weobserved the two groups of patients with treatment compliance and treatment effect.Results:The compliance rate and treatmentefficiency results of patients in the observation group were significantly better than the control group,and the difference wasstatistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For outpatients with allergic rhinitis who need aerosol inhalation therapy,nursingintervention can effectively improve the treatment compliance and treatment efficiency.
