老年重度心力衰竭合并快速心律失常静脉注射胺碘酮治疗的护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨老年重度心力衰竭合并快速心律失常静脉注射胺碘酮治疗的护理措施。方法:收治重度心理衰竭合并快速心律失常的老年患者49例,静脉注射碘胺酮治疗后经过护理人员科学合理的护理后,观察病情恢复情况。结果:积极治疗配合科学合理的护理,49例患者均病情稳定并出院,无并发症,无后遗症。结论:患者实施科学合理的护理措施,对于重度心力衰竭合并快速心律失常患者病情的控制和病程的缩短有积极的作用。Objective:To investigate the nursing care methods of elderly patients with severe heart failure combined with rapidarrhythmia treated by intravenous amiodarone.Methods:49elderly patients with severe heart failure combined with rapidarrhythmia were selected.After intravenous amiodarone treatment,after nursing staff scientific and rational care,we observed thecondition of recovery.Results:49patients were stable discharge after active treatment with scientific and rational care,nocomplications,no sequelae.Conclusion:Patients with scientific and rational nursing measures plays a positive role on controllingthe severe of patients with heart failure combined with rapid arrhythmia,and shortening the course of disease.
