泌尿系结石经输尿管镜钬激光碎石治疗的护理体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨对需行输尿管镜钬激光碎石治疗的泌尿系结石患者实施围手术期综合护理的方法和临床效果。方法:收治需行输尿管钬激光镜碎石治疗的泌尿系结石患者60例,随机平分成两组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组采用综合护理,观察两组患者的治疗护理情况。结果:观察组在一次性碎石成功率、手术时间、住院时间及护理满意度的比较上均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对需行输尿管钬激光镜碎石治疗的泌尿系结石患者实施综合护理的疗效显著,且能显著提升患者在围手术期的舒适程度。Objective:To explore the method and clinical effect of perioperative comprehensive nursing for patients with urinarycalculi treated with transureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy.Methods:60patients with urinary calculi who need to be treatedwith transureteroscopic holmium laser were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The controlgroup received routine nursing.The observation group received comprehensive nursing.We observed the two groups of patientswith treatment and nursing effect.Results:The success rate of disposable gravel,operation time,hospitalization time and nursingsatisfaction of patients in the observation group were significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of comprehensive nursing on patients with urinary calculi treated withtransureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy is significant,and it can significantly improve the comfort degree of patients inperioperative period.
