摘  要:以塑料螺纹连接座为实例,探讨了动模侧的哈呋滑块侧向成型外螺纹的注塑模具设计方法。分析了螺纹连接座的特点,对模具的分型面及分流道、浇口的多种方案进行了详细比较,所选方案满足了模具结构及制造加工的简易性和经济性。对模具分型面及浇注系统方案选择、推出过程参与的侧向抽芯运动的机构设计、二次推出机构的必要性和设计方法等作了深入阐述。Based on a plastic connecting base with a male thread,the design methods of the injection mold for the external thread molding by the side core-drawing mechanism which is made up of two half-slides on the moveable mold was investigated.The characteristics of plastic connecting base with a male thread was analised. A detailed comparison of the parting surface,the runner and the gate of the mold was conducted. The selection scheme satisfied the simplicity and economy of the die structure and the manufacturing process. It has been discussed deeply into how to choose the parting surface and design the gating system,how to design the side core-drawing mechanism driven by the ejection process. It also made a further probe into the necessity and the design methods of a two-stage ejection mechanism.
