摘  要:由于其独特的结构和性能,石墨烯等二维材料成为了目前世界范围的研究焦点。二维材料在水性介质中的制备通常有更好的生产安全性、可操作性和生物相容性。综述了生物分子(蛋白质、核苷酸、多糖,纤维素和胆汁盐等)作为助剂在液相直接剥离和分散制备石墨烯、过渡金属二硫化物、过渡金属氧化物和六方氮化硼等二维材料中的研究进展,指出了生物分子剥离二维材料中需要解决的问题及今后的研究方向。Owing to their unique structure and performance,graphene and other two-dimensional materials are currently the focus of extensive and concerted research efforts.Working in aqueous medium is generally advantageous in terms of production safety,handleability and biocompatibility of two-dimensional materials. The progress of using biomolecule (proteins,nucleotides,polysaccharides,cellulose,bile salts,etc.)to assist in the exfoliation and colloidal stabilization of graphene and other twodimensional(2D) materials (transition metal dichalcogenides,transition metal oxides,hexagonal boron nitride,etc.) were reviewed,and the challenges in the development of biomolecule additives for producing well-exfoliated 2D materials were presented.
