摘　　要：随着计算机技术、网络与通信技术的发展，社会发展进入了数字化时代，与人类生命息息相关的医疗卫生事业也将被信息化、数字化。数字化技术的发展应用，可以提高医院的诊断与治疗技术，改善医院环境建设、降低运营成本、缓解医患紧张的局面，保障医疗质量安全，从而提升医院发展的竞争力。With the development of computer technology, network and communication technology development, social development has entered into the digital era, and human life is closely related to the medical and health services will also be normalization,digitalization. The development of the digital technology application, can improve the hospital diagnosis and treatment techniques,improving hospital environment construction, reduce operation cost, alleviation of tension, ensure medical quality and safety, so as to enhance the competitive power of hospital development.
