摘  要:为揭示对硝基苯酚(PNP)在太湖及入湖支流水体的污染现状,通过采集该地区流域内27个采样点样品,采用高效液相色谱质谱法(HPLC-MS/MS)对表层水、悬浮颗粒物(SPM)和沉积物中PNP进行分析.结果表明,太湖及入湖支流表层水、SPM和沉积物中PNP的含量分别为12.11~170.20ng/L、115.74~3756.87μg/g和未检出(ND)~2.65ng/g.入湖支流中的PNP主要分配在表层水中,而SPM中PNP质量分数较高的分布于太湖采样点S16~S21.通过测定沉积物中总有机碳(TOC),发现沉积物中PNP的含量与有机碳的含量有显著的正相关性.结合商值法对PNP的生态风险进行初步评估,结果表明太湖及其入湖支流中PNP对底栖生物可能存在低生态风险.In order to investigate the levels and patterns of PNP in Taihu Lake and its tributaries,27samples werecollected from this region and the concentrations of PNP in surface water,suspended particulate matter(SPM)andsediment were determined using high performance liquid chromatography mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS).PNPconcentrations in the surface water,SPM and sediment were12.11~170.20ng/L,115.74~3756.87ng/g and ND^2.65ng/g,dry weight,respectively.PNP was mainly distributed in surface water in tributaries,while distributed in SPM in samplingsite of S16~S21.The total organic carbon(TOC)was also analyzed in this study,and the result indicated that there wasobvious positive correlation between the levels of PNP and TOC.In addition,based on the PNP concentration levels,theecological risks of PNP contamination in Taihu Lake and its tributaries were evaluated by the quotient method.The levelsof PNP were considerably low and this compound may have low risk to benthic organisms.
