摘 要:射波刀全称X射线立体定向放射外科治疗系统,是新型的全身肿瘤放射治疗设备,其核心技术是将"智能交互式机器人"和"影像导航技术"引用到放射治疗领域,实时跟踪患者体内肿瘤的位置、正常器官的位置、运动变化位置等相关信息,在"四维影像导航技术"的定位下,能实现对肿瘤病灶的"实时跟踪、精确定位、重点打击"。射波刀在治疗中具有分次剂量高、分次数少、生物剂量高等特点,但其要求设备必须具有很高的精度和稳定性。射波刀追踪技术的应用是保证射波刀精确性的重要因素,本文对射波刀的追踪技术,如六维颅骨追踪系统、交叉视野脊柱追踪系统、金标追踪系统等追踪技术的国内外进展进行了综述。The full name of cyberknife is X-ray stereotactic radiosurgery treatment system, which is a new type of radiotherapy equipment for whole body tumor treatment. By combining “intelligent interactive robot” with “image navigation technology”, it can collect and analyze the position data of tumor and normal organ as well as data of corresponding movement. With the location of fourdimensional imaging navigation technology, it can realize real-time tracking, precise-positioning and high-level irradiation of cancer disease. Cyberknife has the characteristics of high fractional dose, fewfractional time and high biological dose, while it requires very high accuracy and stability of equipment.Cyberknife tracking technology is the key factor to ensure its accuracy. This article reviewed the research progress of domestic and overseas cyberknife tracking technologies including six-dimensional skull tracking technology, X-sight spine tracking system, gold mark tracking system, etc.
